You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased Software as long as you don't resell the Software as a new product.
You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation to anyone. You may not place the Software on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.
We will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use this Software. We are not liable for prosecution arising from use of the Software against law or for any illegal use. If you fail to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the program is revoked. PremiumPresta reserves the right to change this license agreement at any time and impose its clauses at any given time. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We make not guarantee that our products will function with third party extensions. Browser compatibility should be tested by you on our the product's demonstration page.
License agreement remains effective until terminated. We retain the right to terminate your license to use the Software at any time, if in its sole discretion, you are not abiding by the terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, obscuring or removing any link or copyright notice as specified in this agreement. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. Termination of this Agreement does not bind us to return you the amount spent for purchase of the Software.
After we have succesfully received your payment, you can download the products immediately from your account > orders and also an email will be sent with the download link.
After purchase, your themes or modules updates can be freely downloaded from the product page or my account > orders.
If you want us to install the theme or module for you and:
During the weekdays the installation process may take up to 48 hours.
Support is available one year from the date of purchase. After expiration support can be extended for another year for 30% of product price.

If you're not statisfied for any reason, within 30 days we will refund your money in full. To request a refund please submit a request from our contact page containing your PayPal Transaction ID. You must request the refund from the email associated with your PremiumPresta account. Refund requests submitted after the expiration of the 30 days period shall not be accepted. Refunds of money charged for custom services shall not be issued. For the purposes of products update, developers of PremiumPresta make all the efforts to create elements for the latest version of the extensions that goes with these extensions. Without prejudice to all the aforementioned, we shall bear no liability for product incompatibility with any of the future versions. PremiumPresta provides their customers with free update versions of the product they bought. After the update version is available, the buyer can download it from their account.
