This is our first post on this blog and we would like to thank all of our customers for supporting our work so far.
On this blog we will add new tutorials and resources about PrestaShop, some will be more technical aimed at developers and some more user friendly to help enhance your PrestaShop store.
Just in case you didn’t receive our email we want to let you know that we are moving on from ThemeForest to our own web store at PremiumPresta.com. We’ve been on ThemeForest since 2012 and we’ve had over 600 happy customers so far, it’s time we build a more eCommerce oriented community where we can all learn how to improve our online businesses regardless it’s digital or physical products. Our main focus is Prestashop – the eCommerce platform but we will also write about general marketing techniques and best practices. So you might want to subscribe to our newsletter, we promise we won’t spam and your email address won’t be shared ever – we hate this as much as you do. On PremiumPresta.com we sell themes and modules. We put an enormous amount of work in our themes to improve PrestaShop’s functionality and design so that you can have better conversions and unique stores.

To continue receiving support please create an account on PremiumPresta.com and then email us with your account name and the theme or module you’ve purchased from Themeforest and we will assign your product with your newly created account so you can start receiving support and download the latest version of the item through our website.
As you might have noticed ThemeForest recently changed their policy of support for just 6 months. Our support policy is 1 year from purchasing, after this period you can extend the support for one more year for a small fee. Updates are free of charge and you will get email notifications when new versions are available.
To get support on our website go to your account > orders and click on support button, a contact form will be displayed where you can send us a message regarding a product.
You can benefit of our launch discount of 30% off of each product which will be running for 3 months. Furthermore if you share a product on social networks from the product page you get an extra 10% off of that product.
The order process
For any purchases it’s required to create an account on PremiumPresta.com. We only accept Paypal payments at the moment, don’t forget that with Paypal you can also pay with credit card even if you don’t have Paypal credit. After purchase you will receive an email with the invoice and the download link for your product. The download link can also be found in your account > orders.
When we release new updates you will get email notification and you can re-download the latest version of the item from your account > orders page.
Each item purchased represents a single license to be used on a single domain. For example if you have example.com and anotherexample.com you need to purchase 2 licenses.
We also provide a multi domain license which you can use on an unlimited number of domains which is 5 times the cost of a single license. This is useful specially for stores using Prestashop feature and it’s a steal for businesses with more than 5 domains.
For single domain license you can benefit of a free install of our theme on your Prestashop installation. All you have to do is send us an email containing: server ftp, database and backoffice access (username and passwords) and will backup all your files and make sure everything is working as intended.
